Returns.

Change your mind within 14 days of delivery and you can return your GeigerBox for a full refund — no questions, as UK distance-selling law provides (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Email us, post it back in its box, and we refund within 14 days of receiving it. Return postage is yours; everything else is on us.

Shipping.

Free next-day UK delivery (tracked). Order by 2pm and it ships the same working day. United Kingdom only for now.

Warranty.

12 months against defects in materials and workmanship, on top of your statutory rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015). If it breaks in normal use, we repair or replace it.
